Ivan Kohler

Ivan Kohler is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development and system administration. Since June 2005, Kohler has served as President and Head Geek at Freeside Internet Services, Inc., where the company was successfully transitioned from a sole proprietorship to a profitable entity. Kohler has contributed to Debian and CPAN as a developer and module author since 1999. Previous roles include programming positions at Certive Corporation and Mail Abuse Prevention System, LLC, where Kohler enhanced anti-spam efforts through the Request Tracker system. Additionally, Kohler was the lead architect and programmer at iQualify, Inc., leading a site redesign and server architecture transition to a LAMP stack, and worked as a sysadmin and programmer at Voicenet from 1995 to 1997.
