Raphaël Hertzog is a seasoned Linux and free software consultant with extensive experience in the software development industry. As the owner of Freexian since March 2005, Raphaël specializes in developing Debian-based solutions. A Debian developer since July 1998, Raphaël contributed as a Dpkg co-maintainer and is the creator and administrator of the Package Tracking System. Previously, as a project coordinator at GeniusTrader from June 2000 to 2006, Raphaël led the development of tools for traders. In the role of Chief Technical Officer at EIPM SA from October 2002 to March 2005, Raphaël supported and developed industrial PCs and Linux applications for embedded systems. Raphaël also co-founded the startup DeeNoo, serving as Owner and Chief Technical Officer from March 2000 to March 2002, where the development of a dynamic website utilizing PHP, Linux, and PostgreSQL was initiated. Raphaël earned an engineering degree in Computer Science from INSA Lyon in 2002.
