Yasuhiro Araki

Yasuhiro Araki, Ph.D, is a highly experienced engineer and developer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Staff+ Engineer at Sakura Internet Inc since September 2024, Yasuhiro also has a long-standing role as a Developer at Debian since December 2001. Previously, Yasuhiro held several senior management and architectural positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where responsibilities included managing the Specialist Solution Architect team for the AWS Worldwide Public Sector Organization and working with clients such as Works Applications and SONY. With a robust background in system architecture and research, Yasuhiro has also worked with notable companies including DeNA Co., Ltd., Hewlett-Packard Laboratories, and Internet Initiative Japan. Yasuhiro earned a Ph.D. in Information Science from The University of Tokyo and holds master's and bachelor's degrees in Computer System Science and Electronics, respectively.
