All our charges are based on a No Collection - No Fee basis and there are no upfront registration fees. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002 we request the debtor to pay statutory interest and debt collection costs as well as the principal sum. 
 

Current rates of commission:- Debts up to £10,000 – 10% Commission, Over £10,000 – 5 % Commission, Debts over 1 year old – 15% Commission, Minimum Collection Fee £50.00
