Chrissy Bui

Chrissy Bui has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chrissy began their career at LendingPoint Mortgage/Quantum Escrow Solutions in 2003, where they worked as an Escrow Manager for three years. In 2006, they joined Fidelity National Title as an Escrow Officer and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined Debtmerica, LLC as a Production Manager and later became the Vice President of Finance.

In 2011, Chrissy joined Optima Tax Relief as a Production Manager and eventually worked their way up to the role of Chief Customer Officer, where they currently serve. During their time at Optima Tax Relief, they held various senior-level positions, including Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Client Care & Finance.

In 2020, Chrissy also became a UCI CX Advisory Board Member at UC Irvine. Additionally, they briefly worked at LoanNow as the Vice President of Finance.

Chrissy has obtained a certification in Private Capital Markets from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2022.
