DEC HOUSING is a flexible and innovative National Community Housing Organisation providing a range of home choices including Ownership, Rent to Own, Shared Ownership, and traditional Rental.
We are creating quality, affordable, energy-efficient ‘smart’ homes for People With Disabilities, and people on low incomes. We will make sure that everyone in the DECH Community truly feels Safe and Secure in their ‘Own Home’.
Our Aim is to give:
•	Real CHOICE for your Home – the location; who you share with; what type of housing; and when we help create your own homes the colour, finishes, technology, and anything else possible.
•	EMPOWERMENT to people by providing different accommodation options to meet your unique circumstances. People who have felt powerless and undervalued by Government and other housing providers now have options, choices, and opportunities.
•	Dignity to all the people we are involved with in the way we treat each other, in giving people their own choices and involvement in creating their own homes, and in using our size and assets to create more opportunity to help.
Our Homes will be:
•	SMART by implementing and creating new responsive Assistive Technologies to enhance living
•	SUSTAINABLE by being Climate Resilient and Energy Efficient
•	Creating EMPLOYMENT for People With Disabilities
•	Part of a COMMUNITY working together and supporting each other to in work, education, and leisure.
