Lysiane Charest

Lysiane Charest is an experienced data and player insights professional currently serving as the Head of Data & Player Insights at DECA Games since May 2025. Previously, Lysiane held the position of Department Lead for Analytics & Data Science at A Thinking Ape, focusing on integrating analytics into development processes. A successful freelance consultant from September 2017 to February 2023, Lysiane specialized in data and product management, collaborating with executives on cross-product reporting. Additional roles include Head of Product & Analytics Director at Mino Games and various positions at Outerminds, Execution Labs, Woozworld Inc., and internships at The Co-operators, Banque Laurentienne, and Groupe Géobusiness. Lysiane holds a Master of Science in Business Intelligence from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Université de Sherbrooke.
