Rob Cwik

Rob Cwik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rob is currently working as the Director of IT at DECA Games since October 2021, where they previously held the position of IT Manager from July 2017 to January 2022.

Prior to DECA Games, Rob worked at Kabam from January 2015 to June 2017 as the Player Experience Manager Europe and the EMEIA Payments Team Lead.

Before that, they were at Apple from March 2011 to December 2014, where they served as an Enterprise Support Specialist, MobileMe Senior Advisor, and MobileMe Representative.

In 2010, Rob worked as a Customer Services Advisor at RIAS, and in 2009, they gained experience in artist relations and management support at Dorset Music Forum.

Finally, Rob started their career at Bournemouth Borough Council as a Customer Service Advisor from 2008 to 2009.

Rob Cwik attended Friedrich-List-Schule Berlin from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a degree as an officially recognized foreign language correspondent in the field of International Business. Rob also attended Zürich Grundschule, although the exact dates and any degrees or fields of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Rob Cwik has completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Seminar offered by Dale Carnegie Training in November 2016. Rob has also obtained several Apple certifications, including Apple Certified Aperture Professional, Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.8 and 10.9, Apple Certified Associate - Mac Management 10.8, Apple Certified Final Cut Professional, Apple Certified Logic Professional, Apple Certified Support Professional 10.8 and 10.9, and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator 10.8.
