Jared Young

Jared Young has extensive experience in education and retail management, currently serving as a Business Teacher, Golf Coach, DECA Advisor, Future Millionaires Club Advisor, and Ski & Snowboard Club Advisor at Belvidere Community Unit School District #100 since September 2010, where Jared teaches high school business subjects including personal finance, sales, law, and marketing. In addition, Jared has been the BNHS DECA Advisor since 2010, successfully overseeing the growth of the club's membership by 300% in two years. Prior to this, Jared worked as Operations Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods from August 2007 to September 2010, managing inventory levels and product logistics at a major retail location, and held the position of ETL-Logistics at Target from 1996 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Judson University.
