Olivia Shen

Olivia Shen is a dedicated leader with extensive experience in organizational development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Pennsylvania VP of Member Development for DECA Inc., Olivia has successfully doubled membership for the State College Area High School’s DECA chapter while managing financial accounts and implementing member engagement strategies. In addition to leadership roles in DECA, Olivia coordinates grants for a FIRST Robotics chapter, securing over $15,000 in funding and enhancing STEM initiatives for young girls. As Chapter Vice President for curingwithCARE, Olivia is active in fundraising and social media outreach for cancer awareness. Furthermore, as a Project Intern at Project Pluto, Inc., Olivia contributed to a bimonthly newsletter for an AI-driven financial media company, honing skills in SEO and data management. Olivia's academic background includes ongoing education at State College Area High School and participation in prestigious programs such as Yale Young Global Scholars and the Wharton Global Youth Program.
