Joffre Libo-On

Joffre Libo-on possesses extensive experience in plant maintenance and facilities management, having held various technical roles since 1999. Currently, Joffre serves in plant maintenance at Deca Technologies since November 2016, following a tenure as Senior Facilities Technician at SunPower Philippines Manufacturing Limited from March 2015 to October 2016, where Joffre oversaw critical operations including generators, chillers, air compressors, and fire protection systems. Previously, Joffre worked as an Environment and Facilities Maintenance Technician III at NEC TOPPAN from July 1999 to October 2014, managing a wide range of utilities and maintenance systems. Joffre's career began in Japan as a Technical Intern, focusing on machine maintenance and safety. Joffre holds a degree in Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines - Visayas.
