Hichem Derbel

Hichem Derbel is a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience in software development and project implementation, currently serving as Chef de projet technique at DECADE since October 2019. Prior to this role, Hichem held positions as Chef de projet and Chef d’équipe at ARABSOFT from January 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading the production of customer relationship management software and managing projects for various clients in the water and electricity sectors. Earlier experience includes positions at B.G.I. from 2009 to 2013, where Hichem contributed to the design and deployment of financing instruments and human resource management applications. Hichem holds an engineering degree in computer science from the University of Tunis El Manar and a preparatory studies diploma from Université de Sfax.
