Micah Scharff is currently serving as a Senior Agent Product Manager for Strategic Accounts at Decagon since 2025. Prior to this role, Micah worked at McKinsey & Company from 2022 to 2025 as an Engagement Manager and Associate, where responsibilities included leading go-to-market strategies and digital customer service transformations for technology clients across the US, UK, and Europe, as well as being the product leader for McKinsey's GenAI-powered assistant, Lilli. Micah was also the first business hire at Tranch in 2022, a seed-stage B2B payments software platform later acquired by Elite Technologies. During an MBA candidacy at London Business School from 2020 to 2022, Micah gained further expertise, having previously held the position of Head of Business Operations at Zencargo from 2018 to late 2020, a B2B supply chain platform that raised over $65 million from leading European venture capital firms. Earlier roles include serving as Business Operations Lead at Ken Harbaugh for Congress from 2017 to 2018 and as an Analyst focused on National Security at Censeo Consulting Group from 2015 to 2017. Micah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Economics from Emory University.
