Maksym Aslyansky is currently a Member of the Technical Staff at Decart, having joined in June 2025. Prior to this role, Maksym worked as an Algorithm Engineer at Mobileye from March 2024 to June 2025, focusing on large-scale deep learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning for autonomous vehicle policy learning. Between April 2019 and March 2024, Maksym served as Group Tech Lead in Israeli Military Intelligence, overseeing R&D for a group of 25 developers across three teams, specializing in AI, robotics, and embedded systems, and also held the position of Algorithm Engineer focusing on deep learning on edge devices. At Qualcomm, from November 2016 to December 2021, Maksym worked as an Algorithm Engineer developing deep learning solutions for video enhancement and began as a Student Algorithm Engineer, implementing algorithms for electronic image stabilization. Maksym holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University (2022-2025) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Physics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (2015-2019).
