Shane Thompson is an experienced professional currently working at DECAST since July 2014 as a Solidworks Designer, Production Coordinator, and Plasma/Router Programmer, overseeing daily operations related to plasma and CNC router parts while managing 3D designs, fabrication drawings, material ordering, mold design, and production tracking. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales/Account Manager in the retail division at EurOptimum Display and at PNH Enterprises, as well as a Project Coordinator at Feature Walters and a Graphics Coordinator at The Taylor Group. Educational background includes training in Solidworks, the CamWorks Training Program, and studies in Marketing and Advertising at Georgian College, complemented by ongoing professional development through In-House Solutions and FEA Training Consultants.
