Youssef Zayed

Youssef Zayed is currently the Department Manager at Decathlon Egypt, where they focus on enhancing consumer services through effective communication and problem-solving. They previously served as a Sport Leader and held the position of Advertising Admin Assistant at Bidaya Advertising Agency. Youssef completed their studies in German Studies at Goethe Institut Kairo and is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Languages and Translation at Culture and Science City. With certifications in strategic thinking, visual communication, and call control strategies, Youssef's multilingual skills in German, English, and Arabic support a diverse clientele and contribute to an inclusive consumer experience.
