Benoît Sohier is a Demand Director with an extensive background in retail and supply chain management. They began their career at Decathlon as a sales intern in 1996 and progressed to various leadership roles, including Commercial Director and Store Manager. Benoît has held significant positions such as CFO & SCM for Caperlan and Supply Director for Decathlon North Asia, where they led supply chain operations across multiple regions. Currently, in their role as Demand Director, they focus on optimizing processes and improving key performance indicators for various departments in Europe and North Asia.
