Gilles Daniel

Gilles Daniel has extensive experience in facilities management and operational roles within Decathlon France, starting in June 2018 as Facilities Manager overseeing projects at the Btwin village and managing internal communication and quality of life processes for the Decathlon Bikes industrial unit. Previously, Gilles served as the dialog leader for Decathlon Outshock and managed a team in the painting workshop for bicycle frames. Prior to Decathlon, Gilles held the position of Responsable d’exploitation at Samsic Groupe, managing cleaning services for multiple retail and commercial sites. From 2010 to 2018, Gilles worked at Le Furet Du Nord as a manager and trainer, leading a sales team and organizing events related to geek culture. Gilles began a career in retail management at Auchan, further enhancing marketing expertise with degrees from EDHEC Business School and Université catholique de Lille.
