Lucas Pineau

Lucas Pineau is currently a Directeur en formation at Decathlon France, where responsibilities include managing the cycling department and repair workshop since September 2020. Previously, Lucas served as Responsable rayons for racket sports and the bike repair workshop. Prior experience includes working as an Animateur sportif at La Cage Riders Park and organizing a sports event for SMASH GOAL, which successfully brought together over a hundred participants for various sports. An academic background in sports management includes an MBA from MBA ESG (2020 - Present) and a Licence in Management du sport from Nantes Université (2017 - 2020), alongside a DEUG STAPS in Animation Sportive. Additionally, an internship with the Fédération Française de Surf involved conducting an internal analysis of the organization's operations.
