Marc Papillon

Marc Papillon has extensive experience with Décathlon, serving as Leader Recrutement for Décathlon Midi Pyrénées since February 2024 and having held various significant positions since 1990. From 1996 to present, Marc has worked as RRH for the Midi Pyrénées region, overseeing 11 stores and 650 employees, focusing on recruitment, training, coaching, career management, and employer branding. Marc also played a pivotal role as Directeur of Wedze, creating the brand for ski and snowboard enthusiasts, launching it globally in 2008 with a 20% increase in revenue. Previously, as Directeur Régional for Aquitaine, Marc managed 17 stores and 900 staff, driving regional projects and development.
