Mathieu Boumera

Mathieu Boumera is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Quality Manager at Decathlon France since October 2018, managing both Process Electronic & Lighting and Retail & Logistic divisions. Mathieu is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt and storage of goods in the Rouvignies warehouse, overseeing a 15-person team, coordinating training, activity management, recruitment, and continuous improvement initiatives, while facilitating the transition to a mechanized inventory system.
