Matthieu Granger is currently the Director of Decathlon Bordeaux Mérignac, where they manage a team of 150 associates and lead initiatives for sustainable business practices. Since 2020, they have been actively involved in promoting a circular economy within Decathlon Nord Aquitaine, focusing on product recycling, repair, and rental services. Matthieu previously held various managerial positions within Decathlon, including Director and Department Head in multiple locations, and they served as the President of the Student Bureau at Grenoble Ecole de Management, where they managed a significant budget and organized events for the student body. Their expertise extends to financial management from their time as a Controller at Valeo, where they implemented performance analysis and reporting processes.
