Maxime GERIN

Maxime GERIN is an experienced manager currently leading a team of 8 to 10 members at Decathlon France since April 2022. Previous roles include team leader and project organizer at Street Markety, and various positions in Carrefour, including a Master’s internship focused on collaboration with buyers and supply chain management. Maxime served as a Junior Category Manager, updating kitchen product assortments, and worked as a buyer at Groupement Mousquetaires, managing a portfolio worth €120M and negotiating with major suppliers. In addition, Maxime is an educator at INSEEC MSc, specializing in sales management, and has a solid educational background including a DUT from IUT de Tours, a near-complete Bachelor’s in Management from IAE de Tours, and ongoing advanced studies at KEDGE Business School.
