Pascal Dhellin

Pascal Dhellin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and management within the retail and textile industries. Currently serving as the Production Director for Decathlon International in South West Asia since July 1992, Pascal leads a dedicated team in implementing production projects, enhancing local manufacturing, and expanding operations into Pakistan. Past roles include serving as the Director of the Orao™ Optical Brand, where leadership of a 50-member team focused on product development and global supply policies, and holding significant positions in textile production across India and Sri Lanka, including acting as a Foreign Trade Advisor for the France-India section. Earlier in the career trajectory, Pascal was a Senior International Product Manager at Fujitsu in Manchester. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree from Centrale Lille and a DEA in Production Industrielle from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
