Thibaut Hellio

Thibaut Hellio has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Directeurs Magasin at Decathlon France since October 2015, where Thibaut manages a team of 80 co-workers and has implemented successful local projects focused on operational excellence and team camaraderie. Thibaut has also played a crucial role in promoting alternance and internships within the Occitanie region, resulting in over 50% of students remaining with the company and more than 30% of store leaders coming from alternance backgrounds. Previous roles include managing a team of 30, ensuring safety and operational efficiency as Responsable Exploitation, and various positions in customer service and logistics earlier in Thibaut's career. Thibaut holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Development Management and has completed several diplomas in logistics and transport.
