Thomas Hotte

Thomas Hotte has extensive work experience in the retail industry, particularly in the sports and outdoor sector. Thomas started their career in 2003 with Oxylane Group (Decathlon) as a Project Manager and then transitioned into the role of Product Engineer. In 2007, they joined Betrancourt Group as the Asia Purchasing Manager, where they worked until 2012. Thomas then returned to Decathlon, this time with Decathlon France, where they held several positions including Textile Product Engineer, Strategic Buyer, Strategic Buyer & Offer Leader, Component Offer Director, and currently serves as the Business Unit Director.

Thomas Hotte attended IUT Mesures physiques from 2000 to 2003 where they obtained a DUT degree in Mesures physiques. Thomas then went on to attend Ecole nationale supérieure des Arts & Industries textile / ENSAIT from 2003 to 2006 and earned a degree in Ingénieur through the Alternance program.
