Vandaele Eric is an experienced leader in process and organization within repair centers, previously holding the position of Repair Center Process and Organization Leader at Decathlon International from 2011 to 2019. They have also served as Footwear Fitting Strategic Leader and Textile Quality Director, where they managed quality strategies across a global textile division. Currently, Vandaele works as an Animateur at La Fresque du Climat and offers a position as Quality Manager in a textile business unit at Oxylane in Lille, France. Vandaele holds a master's degree in engineering from Icam and completed an internship in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at The University of British Columbia.
