Serkan's career includes roles such as Production Supervisor at Hititkim Yapı Kimyasalları and Instructional Designer at Enocta, where they created engaging e-learning content. Currently, Serkan serves as the Learning and Development Manager at DECE Software, focusing on innovative digital solutions and enhancing learning practices.
