December Group LLC (December Group) is a Professional and Management Consulting Services firm, founded in 2018 and headquartered in the Washington DC metropolitan area. We offer professional and technical advisory services in management, strategy, technology, and operations.

December Group was born from the desire of a seasoned management consultant to combine the best of his experiences from working at small, medium, and large consulting firms and offer a better experience for our employees and customers. There’s a lot that the traditional firms do right, but also a lot that can be improved upon. Our goal is to offer a more effective, value-focused consulting experience centered around your business goals, and to do so with an absolute focus on ethics and integrity.

We aim to solve our clients’ most complex challenges through innovation and transformation. As a still fledgling small business concern, we are eager to implement our visions and prove we can deliver on our goals to evolve our customers’ business outcomes.

We will serve both the public and private sector across the globe.
