Ian Pearson

Ian Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ian is currently serving as the Head of Growth at Decent Labs since May 2021. Prior to this, Ian held several roles at Tesla starting from October 2017. These roles included being a North America Inside Sales - Inbound and Outbound Advisor (October 2017-April 2018), North America Inside Sales and Delivery - Central Lead (May 2018-October 2018), and eventually becoming the North America Inside Sales - Supervisor (November 2018-May 2021). From June 2017 to August 2017, they worked as a Consumer Interactive Sales at TransUnion. Ian also has experience as a Data Analyst at BMO Harris Bank from December 2016 to February 2017. In addition, they worked as a Team Member at Whole Foods Market from April 2015 to May 2016. Ian's earlier experience includes working as an Enterprise Data Management at GE Capital in June 2014, and serving as a Club Attendant/Club Assistant Pro at Summit Tennis Club Inc from January 2006 to August 2013.

Ian Pearson has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from McGill University. During their time at McGill, they had a double major in Economics and North American Studies, with a minor in International Development. Before attending McGill University, Ian Pearson attended Summit Senior High School.
