Tom Paplaczyk is a seasoned Benefits Consultant and Ohio Market Leader at SBS Advisors, where they have been providing employee benefits solutions for over 17 years. Currently a member of the DECENT Advisory Board Network, Tom focuses on Direct Primary Care Solutions. Previously, they served as President of Putnam Benefit Consultants before its merger with Strategic Business Services, and as an agent at Putnam Insurance Agency. Tom holds NAHU certifications in ACA Reform and Self Funding, showcasing their expertise in health care reform and benefit funding strategies. They earned their degree from Franklin University between 1981 and 1984.
