Decentralised Energy Limited (DEL) is an energy company transforming how businesses across Nigeria access reliable, affordable, and cleaner energy.

DEL was launched through a strategic joint venture between Viathan, Nigeria’s largest integrated energy company, and Anergi Group, an energy platform of Harith Group, a pan-African strategic investor. DEL is building the infrastructure for Nigeria’s energy future, one that is decentralised and cleaner.

We develop and operate distributed energy solutions, including embedded and captive power plants, virtual gas pipelines, and CNG fueling stations, to meet the critical needs of commercial, industrial, and public sector clients across Nigeria.

Our mission is simple: to build and operate the infrastructure that makes energy flow to where it is needed - industries, commercial, residential communities and other maximum demand energy consumers
