Alex Schweid

Alex Schweid has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alex started their career as an Intern at Theodore Rosen, Attorney at Law from April 2008 to August 2009, where they greeted and interacted with clients and maintained office supplies. Alex then worked as a Sales Associate at Choice Paint and Supply from May 2010 to December 2011, providing service to customers and resolving their issues. In 2012, they served as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Operations and Information Management at the University of Colorado Boulder, teaching recitation groups, conducting office hours, and grading assignments. Since July 2014, Alex has been working at Decentrix Inc., starting as a Business Intelligence Consultant and later becoming a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions for the media industry, with specialties in data warehouse architecture design, ETL design, and OLAP cube design.

Alex Schweid completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations and Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. This education lasted from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Alex also obtained two certifications from Microsoft. They obtained the MCSA: SQL Server 2012 certification in November 2015 and the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification in March 2015.
