Avi Lamay has over 15 years of experience in software development and cybersecurity. In 2004, they began their career as a Freelance Web Developer for nJoyJob. In 2007, they were an Assistant to Lecturer and a PHP Web Developer at the Holon Institute of Technology. From 2011 to 2013, they were a C++/Java/Web Developer for Comm-IT, and then a R&D Software Developer for Check Point Software Technologies from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they were a R&D Cyber Developer for Verint. Finally, from 2016 to the present, they have been Co-Founder & CTO of Deceptive Bytes Ltd., a Gartner Cool Vendor 2019 for Security Operations and Threat Intelligence.

Avi Lamay obtained a BSc in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2008.
