Hen Lamay has worked in the software development industry for over 15 years. In 2005, Hen began working as a Senior Software Developer for the Israel Defense Forces, where they developed infrastructure for a GIS based application. This included data management, services, communication interfaces, tools, simulators and installations. In 2011, Hen moved to Taldor as a Senior Software Developer, where they developed infrastructure to transfer Enforcement management cases information to their respective representatives. In 2014, Hen became the Software Development Team Leader at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they worked on a Client-Server C2I system. Finally, in 2016, Hen became the Co-Founder & COO of Deceptive Bytes, which provides an Active Endpoint Deception platform. In 2019, the company was named a Gartner Cool Vendor for Security Operations and Threat Intelligence.
Hen Lamay completed a Programmer degree in Software Development at Basmach \ Mamram in 2005 and a Technician degree in Software Engineering at Ort Holon College in 2004-2005.
