Kat Okińczyc is a seasoned brand, product, and marketing leader with extensive experience in design and strategy. They served as the Head of Design at Smart Station from 2014 to 2017 and as the Head of Brand Marketing & Design at The Big Search from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, Kat co-founded 60BAG.COM and ran their own design firm, OKINCZYC-DESIGN, from 2008 to 2018. Currently, they work as a Brand Strategy Consultant at Hyperon and as a Brand Portfolio Executive Consultant at Decerto, while pursuing a degree in Industrial Design at the Universität der Künste Berlin.
