Frank Lammers

Frank Lammers is an experienced biopharmaceutical quality leader specializing in biologics and global R&D quality operations at Sanofi, where they hold the title of Global Quality Head for the R&D CMC Mammalian Platform. Frank has a robust background in aligning quality strategies across various stages of development while ensuring regulatory compliance. In addition to their professional role, Frank actively participates in the scientific community as an elected board member of DECHEMA’s bioprocess engineering section and shares their expertise as a lecturer at Leibniz University Hannover. Previously, they have held various positions in quality and bioprocess development at leading companies, including Aventis, Pfizer, and Hoechst AG. Frank earned multiple doctoral degrees in Technical Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Chemistry from Leibniz University Hannover and Universität Münster.
