Markus Bolsinger

Markus Bolsinger has a strong background in the legal field, with extensive experience in private equity. Markus began their career as an Associate at Rogers & Wells LLP in 1997 before joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 1998 as a Partner, where they focused on transactional private equity. During their time at Kirkland & Ellis, they received the firm's Pro Bono Service Award for every year from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, Bolsinger joined Dechert LLP as a Partner and Co-Head of their Private Equity Practice. Dechert is a leading global law firm with a long history of advising the private equity industry. Prior to their legal career, Bolsinger worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Eberhards Karls Universität Tübingen in Germany, where they also pursued their LL.M. degree at the University of Chicago.

Markus Bolsinger obtained their Juris Doctor degree from Eberhards Karls Universität Tübingen, Germany, between 1988 and 1993. In 1996 and 1997, they pursued further education at the University of Chicago Law School in the United States, completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law.
