Robert Ashbrook

Robert Ashbrook is currently a Counsel at Dechert LLP, where their law practice focuses on intellectual property, including patent litigation, licensing, and trade secret disputes. They have significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in patent and IP disputes and also counsel clients on infringement issues. Robert is a registered patent attorney and has taught classes on patent reform and related topics. Previously, they worked as an engineer and supervisor at both AT&T Microelectronics and Sterling Homes, and co-owned Brookhaven Construction. Robert is pursuing a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
