Itay Levy is a Deep Learning Researcher at NVIDIA, a role they began in 2024. They previously served as a Cyber Security Architect in the Israel Defense Forces - Unit Matzov from 2016 to 2020, and were a Cadet in the Talpiot Program from 2013 to 2015. Itay conducted research as an NLP Researcher at Tel Aviv University from 2021 to 2023, developing retrieval algorithms and advising under Prof. Jonathan Berant. Before joining NVIDIA, they worked as an NLP Research Engineer at Deci AI, which was acquired by NVIDIA, from 2023 to 2024. Itay is currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Physics at The Hebrew University and completed high school at the IASA with a focus on Physics.
