Michael “Mike” Che Bugembe is an accomplished technology and data leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Director ICT at IOM - UN Migration since May 2024, Bugembe is also the Co-founder and CEO of Decidable Global Ltd, which focuses on simplifying data storytelling. With a strong commitment to promoting racial diversity as the Chair of the Racial Diversity Committee at Motorsport UK, Bugembe has held multiple advisory roles, including as Founder and Advisory Board Member at Data Journeys. A contributing author for Forbes from July 2020 to October 2024, Bugembe previously excelled as Chief Analytics Officer at JustGiving, Head of Management Information Systems at Expedia, and Business Intelligence Manager at De Beers UK. Bugembe's educational background includes an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
