Peter Scanlon has over 8 years of work experience in marketing, media buying, and strategic partnerships. Peter began their career in 2013 as a Marketing Intern at Observation Baltimore, where they researched and executed ideas to improve the company's digital marketing efforts. Peter then moved to the role of Marketing & Client Coordinator, where they wrote proposals and onboarded market research clients. In 2015, they joined NewMarket Group, an Agora company, as an Online Marketing Coordinator, Customer Acquisition, where they managed customer acquisition campaigns with a focus on display and native ad platforms. Peter was later promoted to Digital Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition, where they oversaw a team that provided strategy, creative guidance, and campaign management for customer acquisition initiatives. In 2018, Peter moved to Union Square Media Group as a Senior Media Buyer and Media Buyer, where they researched, planned, and managed performance marketing campaigns on Native ad platforms. Most recently, Peter joined Decide in 2021 as an Account Director, Strategic Partnerships.

Peter Scanlon graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Writing Seminars and a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. Peter began their studies at the university in 2009.
