Joanne Horne is an experienced professional in people and operations, currently serving as the Director of People and Operations at DECIDE, the UK's longest-established independent creative consultancy, since August 2017. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions at Leighton, including Account Director Digital and Digital Operations Director, as well as IT Project Manager, where responsibilities included project managing the development of iPad apps for British Airways. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Director and Operations Manager at Benchmark Communications, focusing on strategic management of projects and processes, along with project management of event production. Joanne also contributed as Secretary to the Board for TETRA and the Critical Communications Association. Joanne holds a BA (HONS) in International Business Studies from Northumbria University.
