Lizette van der Loo has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Verkoop, adviseur inkoopteam en organisator van modeshows for Modewarenhuis Hout-Brox. Lizette then moved to Brabants Dagblad in 2000 as a Medewerker binnendienst for Distributie. In 2007, they worked as a Management assistent/office manager en planner for Wegener Media / De Persgroep Nederland. In 2016, they took on the role of Office Manager & Customer Care Manager for FullFact a DECIDE4ACTION company, where they supported shop floor teams and production management with the OEE Toolkit Suite and Services. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Care Manager & Office Manager for DECIDE4ACTION Inc.

Lizette van der Loo has a varied educational background. Lizette attended Het Kempenhorst College Oirschot from 1983 to 1987, obtaining their Middelbaar algemeen voortgezet onderwijs (Mavo). In 2007, they obtained a certification in MS Project 2000 from CLS Computertrainingen. In 2008, they obtained a certification in Basis instructeur / Instructeur niveau 2 from Stichting ORUN (Opleiding Ruiterfederatie Nederland). In 2009, they obtained a certification in Middenmanagement from Schoevers. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Schrijven voor het Web from Wegener Academy. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Excel 2002-2003 from Wegener Academy. In 2014, they obtained a certification in SP Expert (Planningstool) from Planning IT. In 2000, they obtained a certification in De Psychologie van het verkopen from InContext Solutions.
