Lilja Grätz

Lilja Grätz is currently the COO at DecideAct. Prior to this, they were a Senior Strategy Consultant at LRG from October 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Oversight at The Financial Supervisory Authority (FME) from September 2012 to September 2018. Her responsibilities there included being part of the executive management team, planning and prioritizing supervisory projects, establishing project goals, recruiting and mentoring new staff, and taking part in international meetings. From August 2006 to August 2011, they were the Head of Risk Analysis Unit in the Credit Market Division at The Financial Supervisory Authority (FME).

Lilja Grätz earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Háskóli Íslands before going on to earn a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of St Andrews.
