Phoebe Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Decidr since June 2025, Phoebe previously held similar senior roles at Next Practice from February 2022 to June 2025 and has a strong background in customer experience and product management. As the founder of medEQ from January 2020 to June 2021, Phoebe developed an innovative startup aimed at enhancing the doctor-patient relationship, which received notable recognition in various startup competitions. Phoebe also contributed to digital marketing efforts at The Hacker Exchange and served as Chief Digital Strategist at Thought Alchemists, collaborating with industry experts.
