Stephen Kaplan

Stephen Kaplan is the current COO at Deciem, and has been with the company since November of 2018. Prior to their current position, they served as Interim CFO at Stephen Kaplan from March of 2018 to November of 2018, and as CFO at DECIEM from January of 2017 to December of 2018.

At Deciem, Stephen has been responsible for complete financial processing and reporting systems, as well as a customized MRP and supply chain management system. Stephen has also been responsible for all financial and legal functions in connection with the due diligence and eventual minority investment in Deciem by the Estee Lauder Companies. In addition, Stephen has initiated plans for a second manufacturing facility to increase production capacity.

Stephen Kaplan's educational career began with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1984. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school and complete a Bachelor of Accounting in order to become a Chartered Accountant.

Stephen Kaplan works with Yvonne Ji - Director of Distribution, Julio Torres - Technology Director, and Alessandro Paron - Director of Supplier Relationships. A direct report to Stephen Kaplan is and Ricki Thompson - Head of Logistics. Stephen Kaplan reports to Nicola Kilner, CEO.
