Mike S. is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in startup development and management. As the Founder and CEO of Explorence from July 2010 to December 2015, Mike launched a seed-funded startup that created iOS apps for augmented reality gaming focused on outdoor recreational activities. Following this, Mike served as the Managing Director of Portfolio Success at the Founder Institute from April 2016 to October 2021, contributing to the world's premier pre-seed startup accelerator. Currently, Mike is the Head of Acceleration at Decile Group and also holds the title of Managing Director for the Silicon Valley Founder Institute. Prior to these roles, Mike worked as a Sales Representative at Stryker Imaging from January 2007 to May 2010.
