Nicole Freeman

Nicole Freeman is currently a Pod Leader at Decimal. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Coordinator & Sales Team Leader at Mod Ventures LLC from January 2019 to December 2021. In that role, they were responsible for acting as an outsourced controller/CFO for businesses ranging from startups to fully developed businesses, providing cash flow forecasting, advisory services, budgeting, and KPI dashboards. Additionally, they assisted management with financial decisions, oversaw financial statement preparation and accounts payable/receivable, and was responsible for overseeing the largest client accounts of the firm. As Sales Team Leader, Nicole was responsible for developing and implementing sales processes to improve internal tracking, sales cycle length, closing percentages, and client on-boarding. Nicole also developed pricing tools and metrics, and was a Leadership Team member working with C-Suite, Directors, and Coordinators on developing and executing internal processes for SOP's, accounting/finance training programs, employee on-boarding, workload and project management, quality and procedure compliance, and performance improvement plans.

Nicole Freeman has a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Built Environments from the University of Arizona. Nicole has also completed accounting coursework at Louisiana State University and Pima Community College. Nicole Freeman graduated from Catalina Foothills High School.

They work with Corbin Jacobsen - Pod Leader, Ivan Neri - Analyst Team Leader. Nicole Freeman reports to Simon Kvilhaug, Director of Ops/Customer Success. Emma Suits - Accounting Manager, Erin Gibson - Accounting Manager, and Vanessa Fenner - Accounting Manager report to Nicole Freeman.
