Audrey U. currently serves as Sr. Manager of GMP Audits at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since April 2023. Prior to this role, Audrey spent nearly 17 years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, holding positions including Senior GMP Auditor and Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading GXP audits, audit planning, inspection readiness, and quality system reviews. Audrey's experience also includes a tenure at Schering-Plough Research Institute, focusing on third-party audits and compliance with FDA regulations, as well as serving as a Consumer Safety Officer at the FDA, conducting facility inspections and compliance monitoring. Audrey earned a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical QA/RA from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biology from UC Irvine.
